Air Travel to Moscow
Good connections from points of origin to Moscow either directly or via Frankfurt as largest hub for transfer connections to Moscow. Please ask for accurate fares and schedules from your nearest airport to Moscow.
Moscow Airports
Sheremetjevo Airport is located about 45 minutes from downtown Moscow (normal traffic conditions permitting). There are several airports surrounding Moscow. SHEREMETJEVO 2 is the most important one for international arrivals.
The other major international airport is DOMODEDOVO, located about 90 minutes far from the city.

Visa for Russia
For travelling to Russia you need a visa. It is based on an invitation letter which we provide either together with a confirmed hotel booking (Tourist Visa) or an official invitation (Business Visa). As you are a delegate to an official event, we recommend that you apply for a Business Visa.
We need following information from the travellers:
- Name
- First name
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Passport No. and valid until (two empty pages in passport necessary)
- Cities which will be visited in Russia
- Embassy in your country where visa should be issued
- Passport has to be scanned and e-mailed to us, not more than 200 kb, in „jpg" file, black/white
Costs for Visa Invitation
Starting from € 95.00 depending on duration of working per person for invitation letter
It takes approximately 15 working days to process the invitation.
Add. € 50,-- for courier costs from Moscow to your country.
As soon as we will get the visa invitation letter, we will send it to you by courier.
